This program is intended for individuals who have an existing or prospective relationship with Collab Home, including residents, applicants, and service providers. This SMS program does not send promotional or marketing messages unrelated to property management services.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us, your tenancy status, and ongoing property activities. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or renting any property or service.
